Η care and grooming to us is a gift that we must give ourselves every day. Nevertheless, it's something we often neglect, since our demands and obligations take up most of our day. Of course, we deserve to take some of our time to take care of ourselves, rejuvenate and feel renewed. 

However correct, of course, even if this sounds in theory, often when we go to apply it we get lost! Other advice will be given by our best friend, others by our mom and others we will hear on TV and on social media, as a result of which we don't know what we really need, which products are suitable for us and where to start.

So let's start with the basics!
  • As soon as we wake up we make sure to clean our face from any oiliness, dead cells, environmental pollutants. We use warm water, while we dab our face with a towel. We can use one cleaning product, with a neutral pH, in order to remove sweat and oil residues and to better absorb the ingredients of the cosmetic products, with which we will continue the treatment. 
  • We implement one serum, which has better skin penetration, but to better hydrate the outer layer of our skin, we apply it on top moisturizing cream which together will take off the result.
  • We take care of our oral hygiene by brushing our teeth carefully and with the appropriate toothbrushes and toothpastes.
  • We brush our hair, regardless of its length, so that it gets untangled, especially if it is long, and recovers its form, applying a hair oil for shine and volume.
  • We drink two glasses of water to hydrate our body. Instead of plain water, it is preferable to drink warm water with 5-6 drops of lemon, in order to remove toxins.
  • We make sure to include exercise in our program. Daily exercise for 10-15 minutes, combined with a firming cream, stimulates the body, tightens, restores elasticity and fights cellulite.
  • We eat a healthy breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day, it gives us energy, activates our metabolism and helps us limit snacking afterwards. For example we can eat a toast with brown bread, cheese and turkey, together with a glass of fresh juice.
  • His time makeup  and the dress arrived. We prefer a simple make-up, which illuminates and highlights our features, and clothes, which make us feel beautiful and comfortable.
  • We never forget her Sunscreen Cream us, to protect and keep our skin young.
Of course, every care routine must be built around our own needs: the skin and hair type us, the period of life we ​​are in (adolescence, pregnancy, menopause, ...) and our own concerns and desires regarding our appearance. After all, we take care of ourselves mainly to feel comfortable and beautiful, to have self-confidence and good psychology, because this beauty comes from within.
