Chamomile - Χαμομήλι

The chamomile is one of the most well-known and beloved herbs with mild but valuable action. It comes from the plant Matricaria chamomilla (ή Chamomilla recutita) and has been used for centuries in both folk and traditional medicine. It is aromatic plant with small white flowers and a yellow center. It is mainly used in decoction (tea), but also to oils, creams, shampoos and cosmetic products thanks to its soothing properties.
