With your online purchases through www.heals.gr, you can receive your orders quickly and easily in Greece and abroad! Choose one of the following ways that works for you! The calculation of the volume and cost of each shipping method is done automatically by our system!

Receive your products the same day from our pharmacies!

The service is available for orders over €20.
For orders that involve collection from our stores, the orders are paid for exclusively electronically, with one of many payment methods at heals.gr. Once payment is made you will receive an e-mail/SMS as confirmation of your order. You receive a second e-mail/SMS when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is ready for collection at our pharmacy of your choice.
Orders placed until 12:00, are served after 16:00 on the same day, provided that the products are immediately available. Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders are being received exclusively from a pharmacy of your choice.
Orders that remain undelivered for more than 5 calendar days are automatically released and refunded to your account. This means that after the 5 days, you will have to place the order again, if you wish, and the payment will be made again.

Shipments by Courier

Your order is sent to your location with the courier company cooperating with us, according to the following conditions:

For purchases over €49,00 and up to 4kg weight (volumetric or real) the shipment is Free for orders within Greece.
For orders less than €49,00 and up to 4kg weight (volumetric or actual) the shipping costs are only €2,30 for Greece.
The above prices are valid with the proposed courier company, based on your postal code (Courier Center/ ELTA Courier). In the event that for any reason you wish to change the proposed carrier, there may be an extra charge based on the Courier company's price list.
For orders over 4kg (volumetric or real) and regardless of the amount, there is an additional charge of €0,90 per kilo (volumetric or real) for Greece.
The delivery of the products is done with the cooperating courier company, usually in 1-2 working days. For remote areas the delivery time can reach 3-5 working days.
For the progress of the delivery, you will receive an informative e-mail and you will be able to track it through a special platform that you will find on our website (press here).
In case any of our products are not immediately available, there may be a waiting time of 4 to 6 working days.
Our company is not responsible for any delays of Courier companies (high volume due to intense commercial season, severe weather, COVID, etc.)
Now for product deliveries within Thessaloniki we offer you cheaper shipping costs amounting to 1,90 €. The orders concern the areas of Thessaloniki that are in the track within the Regional. Shipping to hard to reach areas

The cost of shipping products to areas considered hard to reach is not charged extra and orders are served with ELTA Courier and Speedex.

Heals is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond its fault or due to force majeure, e.g. incidents related to the COVID-19 pandemic, strikes, courier company workload, supplier / transportation / production problems, government or legislative acts and natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, etc.

Sending bulky parcels with Couriers (e.g. multipacks of diapers)

Bulk parcel shipments may incur additional shipping costs. Courier companies charge for shipments with the highest weight between actual weight (kilograms) and volumetric weight.

The volumetric weight is calculated by couriers with the following formula:

Length (cm) X Height (cm) X Width (cm) / 5000

For this reason you may be charged additional shipping costs on large volume purchases. (eg Pampers multipacks). Each additional kilo is charged at €0,90 / kilo.

Same day shipments within Thessaloniki

heals enables our customers in Thessaloniki to place their order on weekdays until 12:00, and receive it the same day! The above service is not supported by free shipping and cash on delivery, and the cost is at €3,50 for parcels up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo, there is a fee of €0,90 per kilo.

The above service is available for the areas of Thessaloniki that are in the track within the Regional. Shipments of large parcels with transport companies

For heavy and bulky items, it is possible to ship with a transport company after consultation at 2312311388 or at [email protected] .Shipping costs are borne by the customer while the products are received from the agency's headquarters. In this case, the payment method by cash on delivery is not available, making it necessary to have previously paid for the order by credit / debit card, PayPal or deposit to our bank account.

Shipments with BoxNow- Delivery to lockers:

You can receive through Box Now's innovative service, and receive your parcels at the Locker of your choice, 24 hours a day, 24 days a year!

For purchases over €49,00 and up to 15kg in weight (volumetric or actual), shipping is FREE for orders within Greece.
For purchases less than €49,00 and up to 15kg in weight (volumetric or actual), the charge is €2,30 within Greece.
For orders over 15kg weight (volumetric or real), each additional kilo is charged at €0,90.
Orders are paid for online only, with one of the many payment methods on heals.gr.
To complete your order, you will need to choose pick up from the locker at your preferred location.
Orders undelivered for more than 3 days are automatically released and refunded to your account.

Shipments to Cyprus

Heals cooperates with the Cypriot courier company Kronos Express and offers you the possibility of ordering and sending your orders to any part of Cyprus.
You can choose one of the following 2 shipping methods:

Kronos Express Air (Delivery 3-5 business days) : The shipping cost for parcels up to 2 kg (actual or volumetric weight) amounts to €13,00. For each extra kilo, shipping is charged at €4/kilo. For orders over €199 and up to 2 kg, shipping is FREE!. For orders over €199 and over 2 kilos, you are only charged for the extra kilos!
Kronos Express Economy (Delivery 5-10 business days) : The shipping cost for parcels up to 5 kg (actual or volumetric weight) is €10. For each extra kilo, the shipment is charged at €1,30 / kilo. *The service is not available in the spring-summer months, due to high temperatures and quality assurance of the goods

Shipments to EU countries

Heals gives you the possibility to order from any EU country and receive the package at your door through the transport company UPS! Two shipping options are offered: Next Day Delivery (Delivery to 1 working day) and Simple Product Shipping Service (Tradition into a 3-4 business days).

Next Day Delivery

New Order Delivery service that eliminates distances across Europe. Place your order from 00:00 to 11:00 daily and the next day it will be at your door with the courier company UPS.

Products marked "Immediately Available" are shipped in 1 working day to all central European cities, and in 2 working days to the rest of Europe, from the day of the order to the countries where they geographically belong to Europe (Zone 1, 2, 3).

The foreign countries to which we ship are divided into 3 different zones depending on their geographical location. Below you will find them in detail shipping cost for each country depending on the weight of the order.

Simple Product Shipping Service in Europe

New Delivery service for orders shipped By road in countries that geographically belong to Europe (Zone 1, 2, 3), Place the order everyday and within 3-4 business days it will be at your door with UPS

Products marked "Immediately Available" are shipped in 3 working days to all central European cities, and in 4 working days to the rest of Europe, from the day of the order to the countries where they geographically belong to Europe (Zone 1, 2, 3).

Clarifications

Services apply only for pre-paid orders (Paypal, credit card).
The IATA Regulations for Air Transport do not allow the transport of flammable materials (e.g. sprays, nail polishes, alcohol products, etc.)
If a product is not available we will notify you by email about the progress of your order.

On orders placed refusal of receipt due to the fault of the customer, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the parcel, until the parcel is returned to our company headquarters.
All above values are together with VAT and fuel surcharge. The prices do not include any additional costs related to the customs of the respective shipping country. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise Tax and/or Import Tax, customs clearance, storage costs, etc.) as defined in the relevant provisions that provide for the relevant charges in the sending state, in addition to the shipping costs, borne by the consumer (for overseas shipments). The consumer is informed at his own discretion about the charges that are borne by him depending on his place of residence.
The consumer must be informed by his own diligence about the conditions and specifications required by the legislation of his country of residence or residence, so that the products ordered from our online store ensure their seamless journey from our store to the recipient consumer. For the necessary specifications, the consumer is informed by the competent Authorities of the country of delivery of the products.
In particular, products must meet specific customs requirements, conditions and restrictions, in order to be imported into the country of destination, such as composition specifications, limitations of type, weight, dimensions, requirements of necessary accompanying documents, manuals, etc. The consumer must confirm that the products he orders from our online store meet these specifications.

Our online store will never ship ordered products via a country outside the EU.
