Our story

The history of our pharmacies begins in 1979, with the opening of our first pharmacy in the heart of Thessaloniki, at str of Comnenus, in Flower shops. His then brand name was Karapataki Pharmacy, a name that for decades was associated in the city of Thessaloniki with consistency, professional conscience and reliability.

The 2017 the business name is changed to Arslanoglou pharmacy, the name it still retains today, and the pharmacy was taken over by the Arslanoglou brothers, who decided to modernize the family business started by their parents. This was followed by the radical renovation of the store, in order to upgrade its infrastructure and meet the modern specifications and standards of our patients. Today, our pharmacy on Komninon Street houses a modern, well-equipped phytotherapy, homeopathy, gemmotherapy & aromatherapy laboratory, in which we can undertake the production of flower baths, galenic and homeopathic preparations, while at the same time it has a separate area where a department with anatomical, orthopedic and disabled items operates , to which access is facilitated by an elevator. It continues to be the pharmacy trusted and chosen by the people of Thessaloniki for decades.

Refusing to rest and constantly striving to offer our customers the best possible service, in tune with technological developments, we made the decision to expand into the field of e-commerce. The 2021 it was the year we created the Heals Online Pharmacy, an electronic pharmacy store (e-shop), with over 12.000 product codes that now enables us to serve people throughout Greece. heals.gr is equipped with an upgraded logistic center, which operates with an ERP Intra-Business Planning System, in order to ensure the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics center and the completion of your orders in the shortest possible time. 

The last important step came to us 2022, with the long-awaited opening of our second pharmacy, on the street Markos BotsarisAt Faliro. The Arslanoglou Pharmacy in Botsari is now the largest and most modern pharmacy building, not only in Thessaloniki but in the whole of Northern Greece.

Our people

Today Arslanoglou pharmacies (as Arslanoglou-Komninon Pharmacy, Arslanoglou-Markos Botsaris Pharmacy and Heals Online Pharmacy) are workplaces for qualified people from many different specialized scientific disciplines: pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, beauticians, chemists, nutritionists, psychologists, accountants, logistics manager. Our main concern is - as it has always been - to monitor and follow scientific and technological developments in order to evolve and be able to offer you the best possible experience. For this reason, our team is systematically trained and updated by experts in the field and through personal study and research. At the same time, we apply strict procedures of high standards for the selection of our staff, in order to ensure that the people we choose to employ are characterized by responsibility and a real interest in people. This is how we have managed to create a team that can serve you in the entire range of products of a pharmacy, providing advice that is thorough and proposals that meet everyone's financial capabilities.

In addition, our pharmacies are located in Wolt, so you can have what you ask for directly at your home.
