You take one capsule of Active Iron for Women daily and you take one tablet of Active B Complex Plus for Women daily, with water or fruit juice.

Active Iron for Women is gentle enough to be taken on an empty stomach.

Whey protein (milk), iron sulfate, capsule shell (hypromellose, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, natural color: chlorophyllin), acidity regulators (sodium acetate, acetic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), emulsifier (polysorbate 20).

Orders are paid for only online, with one of the many payment methods at heals.gr. Once payment is made you will receive one and receive an e-mail/SMS as confirmation of your order. You receive a second e-mail/SMS when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is ready for collection at our pharmacy of your choice.
Orders placed up to 12:00, are served after 16:00 on the same day, if the products are immediately available.
Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders that remain undelivered for more than 5 calendar days are automatically released and refunded to your account. This means that after the 5 days, you will have to place the order again, if you wish, and the payment will be made again.
