Components

B1 (thiamine):necessary for the breakdown of food and the release of energy from it. It also plays a role in the nervous system and contributes to good mood.
B2 (riboflavin): it is a precursor form for the creation of coenzymes after first being converted into its bioactive form (riboflavin 5-phosphate). It strengthens the health of the skin and eyes and helps maintain the smooth functioning of the nervous system. It contributes to the metabolism of fats, proteins and sugars and is important for the development of the fetus in pregnant women.
B3 (niacin): is a precursor form for the creation of coenzymes. It plays an important role in the metabolism of sugars, fats and alcohol. It is useful in reducing HDL cholesterol and increasing LDL.
B5 (pantothenic acid): Necessary for the formation of cortisone, cholesterol, hemoglobin and vitamins A, D and B12.
B6 (pyridoxine): It helps the body produce neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, which help manage sadness, stress and anxiety. It also inhibits homocysteine synthesis.
B9 (folic acid): interacts with B12 for DNA synthesis. Necessary in the formation of red and white blood cells, serotonin and dopamine. In addition, it is particularly important during the first trimester of pregnancy, as it contributes to the proper development of the fetus.
B12 (methylcobalamin): methylcobalamin is the active form of B12. It is the necessary coenzyme for the processing of carbohydrates, proteins and fats and participates in erythropoiesis.
B8 (inositol): is a dominant component of the phospholipids of cell membranes involved in many biological processes. It is used in polycystic ovary syndrome and reduces the chance of preterm labor when taken during pregnancy.
PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid): It is a part of folic acid that is separated from it with the help of intestinal bacteria. It is used in the treatment of vitiligo and scleroderma.

Orders are paid for only online, with one of the many payment methods at heals.gr. Once payment is made you will receive one and receive an e-mail/SMS as confirmation of your order. You receive a second e-mail/SMS when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is ready for collection at our pharmacy of your choice.
Orders placed up to 12:00, are served after 16:00 on the same day, if the products are immediately available.
Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders that remain undelivered for more than 5 calendar days are automatically released and refunded to your account. This means that after the 5 days, you will have to place the order again, if you wish, and the payment will be made again.
