It is a mild laxative, in cases of constipation, as it stimulates the muscular wall of the intestine and creates swelling of the stools, while at the same time keeping them hydrated and soft, thanks to this sticky substance. It can also be used as an aid in weight control, creating a feeling of satiety, alongside a calorie-controlled diet, while it can help reduce cholesterol and treat hemorrhoids. The Psyllium Husk health aid It is produced from high purity and 100% natural bark of Psyllium seeds, which has not been irradiated, with a high content of fiber, which contributes to the motility and the normal functioning of the intestine and digestion, in a completely natural way.
