Η Humana launched in 1950 on the German market the first baby food which was similar to breast milk, for children who do not breastfeed or cannot breastfeed adequately. Since then it has developed based on strict ethical, legal and ecological principles, modern and high quality baby food products. Humana is the leading company of special foods, cow's milk-free foods, baby water and hypoallergenic HA baby creams on the German market.
Today, the Humana is one of the leading milk processing companies in Europe and produces in its many factories a wide variety of high quality products, such as e.g. fresh milk, butter, desserts, ice creams and cheeses.
Humana baby foods have been produced in Herford since 1950, and are available in over 45 countries in Europe and around the world. In terms of quality, it does not discriminate between interior and exterior. All products are judged on the basis of high requirements.

All their products undergo thorough testing quality and health controls, because there is no room for compromise in baby food. The aim is to continuously improve the quality management system.
All new recipes, as well as changes to existing recipes of Humana products, are subject to full laboratory analyzes of the ingredients before approval for mass production. Only if an accredited external laboratory confirms that the ingredient data is acceptable can the recipe be approved and production begin. With this commitment, a quality management system is implemented that goes far beyond the limits of legislation.
