The Lamberts Multi Guard ADR is a multivitamin dietary supplement with herbal extracts, CoQ10 and amino acids, specially designed for the daily nutrition of adults and for health. With nutrients, rich in antioxidant action, offer stimulation and energy, increasing your physical and mental performance. It contains vitamins complex B for increased production cellular energy, and in particular the Pantothenic acid which is reduces the fatigue and increases the mental alertness and concentration.The vitamins C and D reinforce it immune system and defense. High dose magnesium (300 mg, per 2 tablets), which in addition to reduce fatigue and tiredness, also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved its use rhodiola rosea as a traditional herbal aid for temporary relief of symptoms of anxiety, such as fatigue and weakness and its use panax ginseng as a traditional herbal aid for the treatment of symptoms of low energy, such as fatigue and weakness. In addition the combination Korean Ginseng,coenzyme Q10 and Taurine contained in the nutritional supplement, contribute to its smooth functioning cardiovascular and immune system. Lamberts Multi-Guard ADR is an ideal supplement for periods of increased physical or mental activity.
