Nature's Plus Biotin Folic Acid 30 tablets

In cases of anemia and during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Each tablet contains 2500 µg (2,5 mg) Biotin and 800 µg folic acid. It is a synergistic, gradual release, hypoallergenic formula, particularly suitable for pregnant and lactating women. It is recommended in cases of anemia.

Η Biotin has a variety of properties. More specifically

contributes to energy production
plays a role in the healthy growth of nails and hair , as well as in the normal condition of the skin
contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system
In combination with the other B vitamins, they enhance brain function and maintain mental alertness.

Folic acid is essential for DNA synthesis and cell proliferation. More specifically:

Reduces homocysteine levels in the blood by converting it to methionine.
It protects fetuses from developing abnormalities in the central nervous system. Women trying to conceive or pregnant should take high amounts of folic acid daily (400 µg).
It contributes to the improvement of memory and cognitive function in the elderly.
When taken in combination with anti-depressant treatment it improves the symptoms of depression.
It is used to treat anemia caused by a lack of folic acid, due to alcoholism, pregnancy or drug use. For better results it is recommended to be combined with vitamin B12.

Recommended dosage : 1 tablet per day

Take preferably after a meal.

Each tablet contains 2500 µg (2,5 mg) Biotin and 800 µg folic acid.

Orders are paid for only online, with one of the many payment methods at heals.gr. Once payment is made you will receive one and receive an e-mail/SMS as confirmation of your order. You receive a second e-mail/SMS when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is ready for collection at our pharmacy of your choice.
Orders placed up to 12:00, are served after 16:00 on the same day, if the products are immediately available.
Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders that remain undelivered for more than 5 calendar days are automatically released and refunded to your account. This means that after the 5 days, you will have to place the order again, if you wish, and the payment will be made again.
You can pick up your orders from our pharmacies at the following available times
