Zinc tablet containing 10 mg of elemental zinc chelate. Biotronic chelation method for maximum absorption.

Zinc is an essential trace element and is involved in the action of many different enzymes. It has strong antioxidant properties, contributes to cell proliferation and the normal functioning of the immune system. It is obtained from foods such as meat, cereals, legumes and eggs.

Zinc works in many different ways:

Immune system: taking zinc is associated with a reduction in the duration of the common cold and flu as well as a reduction in the intensity of symptoms.
Depression: lack of zinc can lead to depression. Studies have shown that taking zinc in patients who no longer respond to antidepressant medications can significantly help reduce symptoms.
Skin diseases: taking by mouth but also topically applying zinc improves the appearance of acne and psoriasis.
Fertility: lack of zinc leads to a decrease in testosterone in men. Taking the trace element can increase testosterone levels and also the amount of sperm.
Diabetes and Glucose: research shows it lowers blood glucose levels and improves insulin sensitivity. It shows increased results in obese people with possible zinc deficiency.
Vision: people who get adequate amounts of zinc are less likely to develop vision problems as they age. Combining it with antioxidants seems to have better results.

The service only applies to orders over €20
Orders are paid for only online, with one of the many payment methods at heals.gr. Once payment is made you will receive one and receive an e-mail/SMS as confirmation of your order. You receive a second e-mail/SMS when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is ready for collection at our pharmacy of your choice.
Orders placed up to 12:00, are served after 16:00 on the same day, if the products are immediately available.
Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.
Orders that remain undelivered for more than 5 calendar days are automatically released and refunded to your account. This means that after the 5 days, you will have to place the order again, if you wish, and the payment will be made again.
You can pick up your orders from our pharmacies at the following available times
