PAMPERS

A FEW WORDS ABOUT PAMPERS!
Victor Mills was an American chemical engineer who, while working for the Procter & Gamble Co., revolutionized child care with the invention of disposable diapers. He started working on this product in the 1950s, using his grandchildren for testing.
And while some believed that father knows best, Vic Mills believed that grandparents knew even more. This man (who happened to work for Procter & Gamble) was looking for an easier way to change his grandson's diapers. The result was the birth of Pampers in the 1950s.
In 1960 the Pampers were found in department stores, supermarkets and pharmacies with a diaper that helped keep babies dry and parents happy. The only problem was that no one knew exactly where to put the Pampers. Diapers were so diverse, one could find them in the grocery section, the grocery aisle, the paper products section, and even the medicine section.
In 1970 they replaced the paramana with Adhesive Tape so parents can take a quick look at the diaper saving their fingers from any accidents. Also came the creation of Pampers for toddlers, the day diapers with extras absorption, the improved diapers for newborns, the quilted Pampers and the diapers sized for premature babies.
Everything in the 1980s had an element of excess. Even the diapers. The affordable packages were introduced, because diapers are never enough. There were other great ideas too: the first thin absorbent gel nappy, elastic leg cuffs, re-sticking tapes and a softer inner liner.
In 1990, the creation of extra-thin absorbent diapers began, which concentrated moisture in the core and then adjusted to absorb even more moisture. Also appeared, the first elastic sides that make diapers more comfortable.
Today they are Pampers have already made breathable diapers. And Premium and Baby-Dry diapers which have a protective layer of lotion that helps keep little ones soft and smooth.
