A FEW WORDS ABOUT PHYTO!
Η PHYTO was the inspiration of celebrity and crowned hairstylist, Patrick Ales long before the eco-conscious movement and trend for hair care with plant-based products.
It all started when Patrick Ales was still an apprentice in a Parisian hair salon in the 1950s. Then he noticed that chemical-laden products were creating a serious problem on the hands of hairdressers and of course on the hair of their clients. The first seeds of his idea for gentler safer product line they then began to hatch. Fascinated by nature, he decided to study it plant power, the history of their use in traditional medicine and the role they may have played in its discovery natural beauty of the hair. His purpose, to discover ways for her protection of dry and damaged hairn, led him to create his first products.
In 1965, Patrick Ales presented it PHYTO to his own salon on the Champs-Élysées, still open today, where his client list includes the likes of Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who all enjoyed his new herbal hair care line.
